Powerful worship and praises rocks Trinity University of Asia as CFC YFL-TUA Campus-based Ministry enjoined different YFL Campus-based servants and ministry coordinators in Student Services Center last December 14 for the CFC-YFL CAMPUS ENCOUNTER 2013. This is an annual Christmas gathering of the CFC YFL Campus-based ministries from the Four (4) areas of Intramuros, University Belt, Taft and Ortigas-Katipunan-Cubao, bringing together about 20 universities and colleges in Metro Manila.
Couples For Christ – Youth for Family and Life (CFC-YFL) Campus –based ministry is the evangelistic and charismatic Catholic youth organization of CFC in universities and colleges. Its objective is to encourage campus youth to meet in fellowship with Christ and live like Christ. Likewise, the ministry teaches university students the ways of Catholic Faith and do encourage quality Christian living.
This year’s Campus Encounter themed “HONOR GOD: PRAY, SHARE and LOVE” gathered in dedication and fellowship with the Yolanda survivors and other victims of natural/man-made disasters/calamities that tormented the country this year. This event also filled with inspirational messages, fun games and fellowship among the servants representing each campus-based area program.
The participating campuses were the following: Trinity University of Asia, University of Sto. Tomas, Far Eastern University, University of the Philippines – Diliman, University of the Philippines – Manila, Ateneo De Manila University, Assumption College, De La Salle University, De Lasalle-College of St. Benilde, Mapua, San Juan de Letran Manila, Adamson University, University of Asia and the Pacific, Jose Rizal University, Centro Escolar University, Lyceum of the Philippines University, STI Shaw, Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Manila, St. Scholastica’s College of Manila, and University of the East.
