ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

OBJECTIVES

The Elementary School aims generally to develop children into well-adjusted adolescents and prepare them to tackle the requirements of secondary education.

Specifically:

1. To develop children’s innate potentials by providing them with opportunities to participate in the academic, social, cultural and artistic pursuits of the school.
2. To help children understand and have the correct concept of themselves and their environment, and;
3. To teach children love and service for God, country and people through character building and strengthening of spiritual and moral values.

Payment of testing fee

SCHOLARSHIP & PRIVILEGES

  • Valedictorians of government-recognized schools are given full scholaIships (100%) for one year, and half scholarships (50%) for salutatorians.
  • A poor but deserving student may also qualify for scholarships under the Alumni Scholarship Grants.
  • An outstanding student who tops the academic year level is granted full (100%) scholarship and half (50%) scholarship for the student who 'ranks second.
  • Deserving pupils from the Primary Education Training (PET) of the Elementary School are granted full scholarships in the High School under the Secondary Education for Tomorrow (SET) sponsored by Japanese Friends of Trinity College.
  • Qualified students may enjoy the privilege of a Free Two-Week visit to Japan and South Korea under the Student Exchange Program with:
    • St. Margaret's School in Tokyo Japan
    • Yeongdong Internet High School in South Korea
  • A certificate from Tech-Factors for the UP-ICT Program is given to the graduates of the high school.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

FOR FRESHMEN

  • Submission of the original and xerox copies of Report Card duly signed by the Principal, Certificate of Good Moral Character, xerox copy of birth certificate/ ACR for alien, and (4) four ID pictures.
  • Payment of testing fee
  • Must pass the interview and entrance examination

FOR TRANSFEREES

  • Submission of the original copy of F-137, honorable dismissal, Certificate of Good Moral Character from School Head, xerox copy of birth certificate and (4) four 10 pictures.
  • Payment of testing fee.
  • Must pass the interview and entrance examination
  • No failing grade in the preceeding year.
  • Have not dropped out the preceeding curriculum year.
