Filling of application for entrance exam:

• Monday-Friday only
• 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

• Completely filled-up Application Form (Download Form)
• 1 pc. 1x1 picture (any background)
• Testing fee: Php330.00

* We conduct on-site Entrance Examination for Schools with 50 or moreapplicants.
