Peace Education Ambassadors is set to be Crowned
As one of the main events in celebration of the 58th Founding Anniversary of the University, the Student Affairs Center will facilitate the annual 2021 Mr. and Ms. Trinity University of Asia: The Search for Peace Education Ambassadors. This is a personality contest among academic units of the University. It will showcase the talents as well as intellectual qualities of every representative.
The activity has two purposes. First is the pageant and second is advocacy. The advocacy purpose of this activity is on peace education, thus, the pageant will be the Search for Peace Education Ambassadors of the University. The winners are expected to promote peace education, forgiveness, and strengthening ties between different cultures and religions.
Hon. Bai Jennifer Pia Sibug-Las of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples will be the peace speaker for this year. It will be hosted by Entertainment Celebrity Mr. John Nite. Atty. Puramaryver F. Saquing is the Peace Advocacy Coordinator and Dr. Walter H. Yudelmo is the Personality Development Coordinator, both are faculty members of the Media and Communication Department of the College of Arts Sciences and Education of Trinity University of Asia.
