ENTRANCE EXAMINATION PROCEDURE
(ENTRANCE EXAM IS WAIVED FOR SY 2025-2026)
1. Download and Fill-up Application Form
2. Attach picture on the Application Form
- One (1×1 picture) with white background
3. Pay the testing fee
- Pay PhP 330 at the Cashier’s Office
4. Proceed to the Guidance Center Office
- Get Exam Schedule and Permit (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM)
5. Take the Entrance Exam on scheduled date
- Exam results will be emailed directly to the applicant and will no longer be posted in our website due to Data Privacy Act.
