Trinity University of Asia Kicks Off Executive Leadership Program for Management Committee Members

Trinity University of Asia (TUA), in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Management – School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning, recently held the first part of its Building a Sustainable Growth Blueprint: Executive Leadership Program from November 26–28, 2025. This program represents a historic milestone for TUA, as it is the first structured executive leadership program designed specifically for the university’s management committee members. It aims to strengthen strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and organizational impact.

During the three-day in-person program, participants engaged in practical, action-oriented sessions. Day 1 focused on Leading with Strategy, Innovation, and Partnerships. Participants learned to distinguish between strategic vision and planning and applied futures thinking to anticipate changes and opportunities.

On Day 2, participants studied Strategic Partnerships and Negotiations and Stakeholder Engagement. They explored ways to build international alliances, navigate complex negotiations, and foster trust across stakeholders, including alumni networks.

Day 3 introduced Design Thinking and the role of Artificial Intelligence in Managing Educational Institutions. Participants used human-centered frameworks to create innovative solutions and examined how AI can improve operational efficiency, support better decision-making, and deliver personalized student services.

The first part of the program marks a significant step in preparing TUA’s leaders for sustainable growth. The second session is scheduled for March 25–27, 2026, with a focus on deepening strategic leadership skills and enhancing organizational innovation.

Empowering leaders to care, innovate, and make an impact. Trinity University of Asia continues to model transformative executive education.
