TUA Implements Four-Day Work Week and Adjusted Weekly Schedule Starting April 6

Trinity University of Asia will implement a four-day work week beginning April 6, 2026, alongside adjusted class and office arrangements.
Under this setup, classes from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday will proceed as scheduled. Wednesdays and Saturdays will follow a limited operations arrangement, where classes may be conducted onsite or through online modalities, as advised by the respective colleges. Students are encouraged to regularly check official announcements from their academic units for guidance on their schedules.
Office operations will also follow a four-day onsite schedule, with regular services available from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesdays, selected offices and units will operate onsite on a shifting or rotational basis, while others will adopt online or remote service arrangements.
To ensure continuity of essential services, selected offices will maintain ongoing operations or alternative work schedules, including the Office of Admission and Registration (OAR), Finance and Accounting Office (FAO), Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO), Building Administration and Maintenance Office (BAMO), and the Security Office.
These adjustments form part of the University’s efforts to respond to current external conditions while ensuring continuity in academic delivery and institutional services.
Students and stakeholders are advised to stay informed through official University channels for updates and further instructions.
