The Board of Trustees is the highest policy-making body of the University. It is composed of twelve members representing the Episcopal Church of the Philippines and the Philippine Independent Church. It is headed by a chairman who is elected from among its members. The President of the college is an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees.
