Sustainable Partnerships and Lifelong Learning (SPLL). SPLL seeks to develop partnerships with other institutions, communities, corporations, and organizations to further the TUA vision to transform a community of learners as leaders towards a humane society and promote lifelong learning. Initially, SPLL will provide opportunities for lifelong learning, adult education, microcredentials, extension classes, transnational education, open distance elearning, social entrepreneurship, design thinking, and innovation.
