Trinitian Guidance and Career Center
The University has a Trinitian Guidance and Career Center (TGCC) in the main university campus and offices in the Elementary and the High School Departments. Its Director has a staff composed of a Guidance Counselor, a Psychometrician, and secretaries. When necessary, the guidance personnel make referrals to the psychiatrist of the St. Luke’s Medical Center. The main aim of the Trinitian Guidance and Career Center is to help students make use of their educational opportunities and develop their potentialities to the maximum so that they become effective members of society. It also aims to train students in self-understanding, in making wise choices and in achieving satisfying adjustments. To achieve these goals, TGCC offers services to both individuals and in groups. The service to groups is through group guidance activities, orientation programs, study skills and career choice enhancement, job hunting and placement, values development programs, and the like. The service to individuals is in psychological testing, counseling, individual inventory information, vocational guidance, learning assistance, and follow-up. The Guidance Counselors conduct case studies and case conferences on individual students when needed. They invite teachers and parents to these conferences in order to develop a better insight into the students’ problems. Peer facilitators are trained to assist in the Center’s programs and activities. The Psychometrician administers and interprets psychological tests. Individual testing of students is done through referrals by the Guidance Counselors. Groups of students or classes may also be given psychological tests whenever needed or as recommended by the Guidance Counselors or subject teachers. Students are invited to avail of the services the Center offers so that they may be helped in solving their problems, or identifying and developing their potentials.

University Chaplain
The University Chaplain oversees the spiritual life, nurture, services, and campus ministry of the institution. He is in charge of coordinating, supervising, and initiating activities related to the spiritual services or needs of the university constituents.

Student Affairs Center
The Student Affairs Center (SAC) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of student programs and services aimed at engaging students and providing opportunities for them towards academic and personal success.
Headed by the Dean of Students, the SAC coordinates with the academic affairs units, academic support units, administration and finance units, and outsourced process units of the university in providing an integrated approach in the delivery of programs and services for student welfare and development.

Office of Admission and Registration
The Office of Admission and Registration (OAR) takes charge of admission, registration, consolidation of schedule of classes, scholastic records, commencements, and such other university publications as Trinitas, the official yearbook of TUA, catalogs, directories, and announcements. The OAR has custody of academic records of all students. It evaluates the eligibility of students for graduation and submits to the proper body the list of candidates eligible for graduation. The OAR is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is located at the ground floor of the Student Services Center.

Information and Communications Technology Office
Advances in technology have spurred developments in almost every business entity, and education is seen at the topmost. The competition and the increasing demand toward globalization have prompted the University to venture into an ICTO – intensified delivery of education. The Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) has identified the different strategies adopted by the school. Due to the critical nature and scope of the said strategies, the office is also the Office of Primary Responsibility for all its Information and Communications Technology (ICT)-related projects and activities.

Medical and Dental Unit
University Health and Wellness Clinics The University maintains two clinics: one at TUA High School and another at the Main Campus in the SSC Building. These clinics provide accessible, quality medical and dental services to support students’ health, well-being, and participation in university life. The Medical and Dental Unit is staffed by licensed physicians, dentists, and nurses, assisted by support personnel. It provides care for routine illnesses, injuries, and dental concerns during school hours, along with preventive care, health education, and wellness programs.
Clinic hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The clinics are closed on Sundays and holidays.
Core Services
Medical Consultations and Treatment – Assessment and treatment of routine illnesses during school hours. Students with chronic conditions are referred to their family physician for ongoing care.
Dental Services– Preventive and restorative dental care, including check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
First Aid and Emergency Care – Immediate care for injuries and urgent health concerns on campus. When necessary, patients are referred to nearby hospital emergency departments, including those at St. Luke’s Medical Center and Delos Santos Medical Center.
Voluntary Health Screenings – Optional screenings for vision, hearing, and communicable diseases.
Voluntary Immunization Programs – Optional vaccination programs for influenza, pneumonia, hepatitis B, and cervical cancer prevention, available at discounted rates.
Medical Clearance for Enrollment – Physical examinations and medical certifications required for new and continuing students.
Health Promotion Programs
Health Education and Awareness Campaigns – Seminars and activities on nutrition, hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Dental Health Month Activities – Activities that promote oral hygiene and preventive dental care. The Medical and Dental Unit works closely with the Guidance Center, Student Affairs Center, and other support services to promote a holistic approach to student health. This collaboration supports students’ physical well-being alongside their mental and emotional development. The University prioritizes the health and well-being of its students, faculty, staff, and administrators. Through its clinics and support services, it helps members of the University community maintain good health so they can participate fully in university life and perform at their best.

University Canteen
Concessionaires converge at the two-storey University Canteen to give students a wide array of choices for snacks and meals. Presented fast-food style, students serve themselves and recharge their energies in a multi-colored canteen to make mealtime a joyful moment with classmates and teachers. But since this is where food for the day is handled, utmost cooperation is needed to keep it clean, orderly and efficient. After taking their meals, students must put trash in waste cans, and trays and utensils in racks where they belong. With nutritious food and clean surroundings, all are assured of enjoyable mealtimes. The Foodcourt is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

University Bookstore
The Bookstore addresses students’ need for textbooks and manuals for their academic requirements. School supplies and uniforms are available too. Located at the annex building, it is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
