Hosted by INN University, in collaboration with the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills and ICDE, the event explored how micro-credentials can address global skills gaps.

With 500+ participants from 70+ countries, the conference underscored the growing importance of micro-credentials in education and employment. It set the stage for the 2027 in-person Lillehammer conference, part of the EMERGE Alliance’s broader initiative.
