Assistant Professor Jomar Ganding Awarded Paper Presentation Grant
Asst. Prof. Jomar Adams Ganding, faculty member and academic head of the College of Medical Technology was awarded Paper Presentation Grant by Trinity University of Asia for his research titled “Blood Collection Tubes Utilized for Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) Measurement: A Potential Source of Variation in Clinical Laboratory Test Results”. Mr. Ganding, the lead proponent with Dr. Mark Francisco and Dr. Michael Baclig paper submission was accepted and included as one of the five finalists in the poster competition at the Medlab Asia 2022 Conference which was held in Bangkok Thailand this October 19-20, 2022. Medlab Asia is the first live, in person event in Bangkok that is an avenue for networking, business building opportunities and laboratory and healthcare focused conferences.
