Strategic Business Analysis Book Launch

On August 3, 2023, the Rex Knowledge Center Auditorium witnessed the unveiling of “Strategic Business Analysis”. Authored by the brilliant minds of the Dean of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) Dr. Fernando Trinidad III, the esteemed faculty member from the Graduate School of Business of the College of Business, Management, and Accountancy (CBMA) Dr. Jojo Javier, together with their colleague Prof. Dr. Eunice Areola.

Strategic Business Analysis progresses from an introduction to the key topics and themes in the different functional areas of management before it discusses the nuances of strategic management. The authors draw on examples of familiar companies and personalities to illustrate the different strategies used by today’s firms—and how they go about implementing those strategies. Students will learn how to conduct a case analysis, measure organizational performance, and conduct external and internal analyses, and thus be able to understand how organizations operate at the strategic level to be successful
