TUA BS Medical Technology Hold Batch Aurelia Pinning Ceremony

The College of Medical Technology (CMT) of Trinity University of Asia held its 6th CMT Pinning Ceremony on September 8, 2026, at the University Theater of the Student Services Center.

Carrying the theme “Igniting the Light Within: Empowering the Spirit of Care Through Excellence, Compassion, and Service,” the ceremony recognized the students of Batch Aurelia as they take on another stage of their preparation as future medical technologists.

The ceremony also featured Dr. Yasmin S. Ali, RMT, a TUA-CMT alumna from Batch 2017, as guest speaker. Her presence gave the students an opportunity to hear from a graduate of the program whose own experience at TUA has since led her back to the College.

The pinning ceremony serves as an occasion for students to recognize the expectations that come with their chosen profession. As they progress in their studies, they are called to strengthen their knowledge and skills while developing the qualities needed in work that directly serves patients and communities.

For Batch Aurelia, the ceremony represents another step in their preparation for the profession they have chosen. The experience ahead will ask them to put their learning to work as they move closer to becoming registered medical technologists.

Trinity University of Asia congratulates Batch Aurelia on their 6th CMT Pinning Ceremony and wishes them well as they continue their studies and prepare for the profession ahead.
