Trinity University of Asia Now Offers 54 CHED-Approved Microcredentials

Trinity University of Asia continues to expand its lifelong learning initiatives with 54 CHED-approved microcredentials designed for focused, flexible, and career-relevant learning.
The microcredential offerings are delivered through the Trinity International Lifelong Learning Academy (TILLA), under the Office of the Vice President for Sustainable Partnerships and Lifelong Learning. Through TILLA, TUA provides short, competency-based learning programs that help students, professionals, alumni, and lifelong learners develop practical skills for today’s changing work environment.
Microcredentials are short learning programs built around specific competencies. They help learners gain focused knowledge and applied skills within a shorter timeframe. They are also stackable, which means learners may complete selected courses over time and use them as building blocks toward broader academic or professional pathways.
The latest approval from the Commission on Higher Education strengthens TUA’s role in providing accessible and quality-assured learning options for different sectors. These offerings support professional development, career growth, and continuing education through programs aligned with current needs in various fields.
