Mr. Jerry M. Navarrete, Chairman of the Board of Trinity University of Asia (TUA), received the Asia’s Icon for Outstanding Contributions to Real Estate Growth and Urban Development award during the Asia’s Golden Icon Awards 2026 held on July 7, 2026 at Okada Manila.

The recognition acknowledged Mr. Navarrete’s contributions to the real estate and construction sector through his years of leadership and professional practice. In addition to serving as Chairman of the TUA Board of Trustees, he is Chairman of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) and President of MGS Construction.

The Asia’s Golden Icon Awards recognizes individuals and organizations from across Asia for their contributions in their respective fields and industries.

Mr. Navarrete has long been involved in initiatives related to real estate development, construction, and industry leadership. His work across the private sector and professional organizations has contributed to discussions on urban development and the continued growth of the real estate industry.
