Trinity University of Asia (TUA) through the Institute of Business and Management – School of Real Estate Management (IBAM-SREM), was recognized as a Top 3 Performing School in the July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination after posting an 80.49% passing rate, based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on July 9, 2026.

The University also produced three topnotchers in the examination. John Ervinn T. Ledesma and Sitro G. Tajonera both placed fourth, while Noelle Marie G. Teotico ranked ninth nationwide.

The July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination was administered by the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service on July 7, 2026.

The results place Trinity University of Asia among the country’s strongest performers in the licensure examination and recognize the achievements of its graduates in the field of real estate appraisal.
