PSM Officers Visits Center for Chemical Biology and Biotechnology (C2B2) Research Center at the University of San Agustin

  

The Philippine Society for Microbiology (PSM) 52nd National Officers led by Dr. Howell T. Ho, PSM president and TUA Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ursela T. Bigol, auditor, Dr. Marianne P. De Leon, liaison officer, Ms. Carmela Vanette B. Vicera, corresponding secretary, Ms. Johanna Rachelle Q. Tuazon, division representative for environmental microbiology and TUA URDC Research Associate, and Mr. Emerson M. Cruz, division representative for veterinary microbiology and CASE faculty member, paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Doralyn S. Dalisay of the Center for Chemical Biology and Biotechnology (C2B2) Research Center at the University of San Agustin (USA) on October 27, 2022 as part of their official itinerary prior to their attendance to PSM Visayas Annual Regional Convention.

The PSM National officers were introduced to the facility and capabilities of the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Health and Research Development Tuklas Lunas Funded C2B2 Research Center of USA. Showing how through research collaborations between academe and research institutes can work together towards scientific discoveries and health applications.
