TUA Visits Universitas Kristen Indonesia to Further Strengthen Partnership

TUA delegation visited Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) in Jakarta, Indonesia, one of the largest private educational institutions in the country on February 23, 2024, to discuss projects TUA and UKI will collaborate on in the next few months.

Our delegation comprises Alumni, Industry Relations, and Global Education Office (AIRGEO) Manager Mr. Caleb Donne Coniate, College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) Asst. Dean Dr. Serena Gomez, TUA High School (THS) Principal Dr. Julius Somera, BS Pharmacy Chair Ms. Ma. Concepcion Sim, and St. Luke’s College of Nursing (SLCN) Faculty, and Alumni Asst. Mr. Allan Valenzuela. Led by the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Cooperation Dr.rer.pol. Ied Veda R. Sitepu, our delegation engaged in discussions aimed at fostering collaborative partnerships. From international student and faculty exchanges to joint research initiatives, curricular benchmarking, and school-industry relations, the delegation embraced the opportunity to explore a variety of collaborative ventures with UKI.

After productive discussions, Vice Rector Sitepu treated the delegation to a captivating tour of the UKI campus. A delightful surprise awaited as she drove the group around on a golf cart that added a touch of fun to our visit. She also hinted at a possible visit to TUA late this year. Special thanks to UKI International Director Angela Asri Purnamasari for facilitating this enriching encounter.
