Con’te Spanish x Filipino Restaurant
We are excited to share the remarkable moments from the recently held culminating activity of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management section 2HM02 on May 22, 2023, at the Sinulog Lounge of the Mary Alston Hall. The captivating mockup Spanish-Filipino restaurant experience was a celebration of their hard work, dedication, and growth. Focusing on two key subjects, Fundamentals of Food Service Operation and Introduction to MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), our students demonstrated their skills, knowledge, and passion for the hospitality industry.
The culminating activity would not have been possible without the unwavering support and guidance of our dedicated administrators and faculty members. Their expertise and mentorship were instrumental in shaping our students’ culinary prowess and instilling in them the values of excellence and innovation.
