Hiraya Foodland Filipino x American Cuisine

In their culminating activity, section 2HM01 of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management displayed their mastery in Culinary, Bar Management, Fundamentals of Food Service Operation, and Introduction to MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

On May 29, 2023 the Sinulog Lounge of the Mary Alston Hall was transformed into a culinary haven where guests immersed in the vibrant fusion of Filipino and American flavors. The presence of an esteemed guest from the Department of Tourism – National Capital Region (DOT-NCR) added to the excitement of the event. This distinguished individual was highly impressed by the exceptional quality of the food and the professionalism displayed by our talented students in providing top-notch service. It was a testament to the students’ strong grasp of food service operation principles, which encompassed proper food preparation, presentation, and service.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Department of Tourism – NCR for gracing our event and recognizing the exceptional talents and competencies of our students. Their presence further validated the caliber of education and training provided in our program.
